- Tireless Property Search: If none of the initial properties meets your needs, don’t worry! A repeat fee applies for up to five more property analyses. We’ll keep going until we find exactly what you want.

Upon having an offer accepted the Consultancy Fee covers all of your needs under the ever more exacting demands in the present devolved Welsh Private Rented Sector (PRS) market.
You are provided services tailored to your requirements:
- Assistance in progressing the property purchase.
- Help with hiring trades, meeting compliances, guidance towards completing necessary minor refurbishments and dressing the property.
- Getting you registered and licensed as a landlord.
- Support towards tenant-finding ("Occupation Contract Holders" under the new and complicated Renting Homes (Wales) Act.) Guidance to get the best tenants at the highest rents.
- Bedding in your tenancy.
- This guidance shall remain in place and be available to you shoulder to shoulder for your first year as a landlord as you require it.
ONGOING BONUS
Whilst we hope you won’t have the need of consultancy services after the first year, this service is available (price upon application).
