What This Service Covers

Payable upon being accepted as a mentee, you acqire hand-to-hand assistance for six months (and ongoing if required) as follows:

  • Help with hiring trades, meeting compliances
  • Guidance towards completing necessary minor refurbishments and dressing the property

🟢 Regulatory Compliance:

  • Getting you registered and licensed as a landlord
  • Navigation through Renting Homes (Wales) Act requirements

🟢 Tenant Management:

  • Support towards tenant (“Occupation Contract Holder”) finding and selection.
  • Guidance to get the best tenants at the highest rents.
    Bedding in your tenancy.

🟢 Ongoing Support:

  • This guidance shall remain in place and be available to you shoulder to shoulder for your
  • first half year as a landlord as you require it. And is extendable until you’re happy on your
    own.

Consultancy on your second and subsequent property acquisitions is at 50% cost.
